In the end, they lost on average 17 pounds. They also lost about 10 percent of their total body weight, which was equal to about 16 percent of total body fat loss. It was shocking to see that by just taking green coffee extracts, participants were able to achieve this – with no specific diet or exercise. But that’s not all. Dr. Lindsey Duncan seemed just as impressed by the fact there were absolutely no side effects.
