Svetol Green Coffee Bean Extract from NewLife Botanicals is based on  scientific evidence showing the beneficial effects of chlorogenic acids have on your metabolism and body composition. Svetol includes both a complex of chlorogenic acids and a very specific chlorogenic acid believed to be most beneficial to human health.

Green coffee bean extract is an all natural weight loss supplement that comes with no side effects. You may think that because it comes from coffee beans that it’s full of caffeine, but that isn’t the case at all. It isn’t caffeine that causes weight loss. It’s actually a compound found inside raw coffee beans called chlorogenic acid.

How Chlorogenic Acid Produces Weight Loss

Chlorogenic acid prevents glucose (sugar) from being released so easily into your bloodstream, which Dr. Joe Vinson of the University of Scranton believes reduces how much fat your body can absorb.

Experts, Dr. Oz being one of them, recommend a few different things if you’re going to use green coffee extract. One is that the product contain 50% chlorogenic acid. This is the second thing we wanted to focus on when creating NewLifeBotanicals green coffee extract (the first is below). We guarantee that every bottle will have 50% cholorogenic acid to produce the best possible weight loss results.

High Quality Ingredients with NO Fillers

The very first thing we focused on, as we always do, is the ingredients used. Only the best quality ingredients will ever be used in our supplements. Some manufacturers cut corners to cut costs. They use sub-par ingredients then to make it worse, they use a bunch of nonsense, filler ingredients that don’t do you any good.

Some of those filler ingredients could be potentially dangerous and/or take away from how effective the product will be. This can be dangerous or at the very least, a waste of money.

There CAN be Side Effects!

Whenever Dr. Oz recommends something on his show people listen, but it also brings out the hucksters and scammers who make ridiculous claims of a miracle pill with no side effects. That is a warning sign they are not honest.

There are ALWAYS going to be SOME side effects with any product, unless it is a placebo. But it is true that the side effects when taking Green Coffee Bean Extract are relatively minor.

Several studies have been done to test the effectiveness of green coffee on weight loss and there wasn’t a single case of side effects in the controlled studies.
This extract is completely natural, coming from green (or natural, raw and unroasted) coffee beans. Health experts claim that it’s perfectly safe for pretty much anyone IF it is a quality product. There are only a few minor exceptions:

Caffeine can give you the jitters

There is caffeine in all Green Coffee Extracts in varying amounts, but some have more than others.

The brand we recommend uses Svetol (recommended by Dr Oz), which is decaffeinated and contains less than 8mg of caffeine.

An average cup of coffee contains 100-150 mg of caffeine. Most other brands do not use decaffeinated coffee, and many were found to have 40 mg or more of caffeine in testing performed by Consumerlabs. Whichever brand you try, start with a low dosage and gradually build up to higher doses as you see how it affects you.

stomach-crampsStomach Cramps

There have been some reports of minor stomach cramps from users taking Ultimate Green Coffee Bean Pills

Note: We DO NOT sell this brand

or have any affiliation with any company that does, but have been getting calls from people finding our website after we posted this review of Ultimate Green Coffee Bean brand

Its likely these complaints were due to a high level of filler ingredients in this particular product, but we do not know for sure.

Not for Pregnant Women

pregnant-no-noAnother exception is for children and pregnant women. It hasn’t been studied in children so it’s safest just to not take it if you’re pregnant and don’t allow kids to take it. This also includes women who are nursing.

The last exception is anyone who had liver or kidney problems or are on any type prescription drugs.

When buying health supplements, you should always do your homework on them. That includes coffee bean pills. Though it’s been proven to be effective and safe to take, you need to make sure that it’s a good fit for you.

It’s new to the weight loss market, but there are already a lot of different brands and retailers selling a variety of different pills.

The Proof that QUALITY Green Coffee Extract Works

There are many studies and many health experts that have weighed in on the effectiveness of green coffee bean extract and chlorogenic acid.

The Dr. Oz Studydroz-audience-study

Dr. Oz even did his own trial to see if it would work and brought the participants live on his show as the audience to reveal the results. He and his team of experts interviewed tons of women and selected 100 of them who needed to lose weight.

Half of them were given a placebo, while half were given real green coffee pills. At the end, those who took the real green coffee lost twice as much as those who didn’t. All women, in both groups, were instructed not to change anything about their daily habits and to keep a food journal to track it.

Studies Published in Scientific Journals

In a previous study, participants lost a little over 10% body weight and over 15% overall body fat. This study was published in the Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome and Obesity Journal. What is so impressive is that participants:

  • Never changed anything about what or how much they ate
  • Never changed anything about how much exercise they got

In fact, it was quite the opposite. On average, the participants should have all gained weight, as they were consuming about 2,400 calories each and every day. But instead, they lost weight and burned body fat.

Green Coffee Bean Extract

“Not all green coffee is created equal”

If you’re going to buy green coffee extract, buyer beware. Dr Oz was very upset about the explosion of websites using his name, and selling crappy products. He doesn’t endorse ANY particular brand, but did give some very clear direction on how to be sure you get quality product that will produce results:

Look for Green Coffee Extract that

  • Has at least 45% Chlorogenic Acid
  • Has ZERO fillers or additives
  • at LEAST 400 mg per capsule
  • includes SVETOL brand name

The Basics You Need to Know About Green Coffee Diet:

Choosing a Quality Product

The extract you buy needs to be created from high quality beans. If the coffee beans used to make the extract isn’t of high quality then how can the actual extract be high quality? Simple. It can’t.

Coffee beans normally come from countries other than U.S., but before they cross the border they’re carefully inspected. There are some strict quality guidelines they have to meet. A good company will have their own quality control, too. Look for one that has a minimum of 45% GCA (green coffee antioxidant) or chlorogenic acid.

smart-shopper45% Chlorogenic Acid – MINIMUM

As mentioned, the first thing you should check is that it contains chlorogenic acid or GCA. At least 45%. But you should look at what else it contains.

NO Filler Ingredients

Some products will have filler ingredients that do absolutely nothing for you and actually take away from the potency of the extract. Stay away from ones that have ingredients that contain the words ‘carbonites’ or ‘sulfates’.

As reluctant as I was I bought this on the recommendation of my sister-in-law. She has lost quite a bit of weight and swears the only thing she did was take this. So we shall see. It’s only been a few weeks, but I feel great and can tell my clothes are more loose, so it must be doing something.

ALUMINUM has been the focus of much negative attention lately– numerous stud.ies have indicated that aluminum accu.mulates in the body, especially in nerve tis.sues, potentially causing harm. Recently, scientific researchers have discovered that one compound may have the powerful
effect of diminishing this unwanted aluminum accumulation. On the cutting edge of nutrition science, Source Naturals is one of the first companies to introduce this power.fully protective compound:

A Break.through in the Battle Against Aluminum Build-Up

    Strategies for Wellness SM

Aluminum is a naturally occurring metal. It has been the subject of recent studies on aging, and some scientists consider it to be harmful. It may come as a surprise that alu.minum can be found in a wide variety of foods and manufactured products, such as baking powder, non-dairy creamers, antacids, deodorants, cookware, and food containers. Even tap water contains aluminum. With so many possible avenues for ingesting aluminum, we may be consuming more than nature originally intended. Mounting evidence that aluminum tends to accumulate in the body is even more cause for alarm. Unfortunately, there are no overt warning signs of excess aluminum accumulation, until levels become high enough to have adverse effects on health.

Researchers have suggested that alu.minum may be more likely to accumulate in the brains of persons whose diets are Magnesium-deficient — which, unfortu.nately, includes 90% of Americans! Several studies have shown that animals fed diets low in Magnesium accumulate high con.centrations of aluminum in the Central Nervous System. One of Magnesium’s many functions is to activate the enzyme tubulin involved in the maintenance of nerve tissue cells. It has been suggested that when there is not enough Magnesium in the body to plug into the appropriate recep.tor site on the tubulin enzyme, aluminum takes its place instead. This leads to the inactivation of tubulin and, consequently, inadequate nerve function. Because a Magnesium-deficient diet may increase the amount of aluminum taken up and stored by the body, it is vitally important that we take in sufficient amounts.

MAGNESIUM MALATE supplies a one-two punch in combating excess aluminum accu.mulation. In addition to providing 45% of the U.S. R.D.A. for Magnesium, MAGNESIUM MALATE also supplies Malic

Acid. Found abundantly in fruits such as apples, Malic Acid is also produced in the human body. It is a metabolite of the Krebs cycle, the set of biochemical reactions used to produce 90% of all energy in the cells of the body. Malic Acid readily crosses the Blood-Brain-Barrier and has been shown to bind to aluminum. It functions in the body by drawing aluminum away from the tubu.lin enzyme, so that Magnesium can plug into the receptor sites instead. Malic Acid’s unique ability to bind with aluminum means it can be flushed out of the body, preventing unwanted build-up.
With all of the negative evidence against aluminum, educated consumers will want to take precautions in order to maintain their health and well being. Of course, the best way to avoid excess alu.minum is to cut back on aluminum intake from known sources. Use only stainless steel or cast iron cookware, and look for alu.minum-free antacids and deodorants. Always use filtered or spring water for drinking and cooking. And for those who want to take a pro-active approach, adding MAGNESIUM MALATE to your supplement regimen may be your best bet in depleting unwanted aluminum build-up in the body.
