Re: Swallowing NMN raises NAD levels in the blood of humans, says Sinclair

Data will give us concrete evidence of how the sublingual route works. We know that taking NMN/NAD through the sublingual method has shown positive outcomes in thousands of people. However, having evidence allows us to make better clinical decisions in these murky waters. I just takes lots and ofte...

Re: Is 250mg nmn tablets a day still ok

Well it's a very hard thing to justify. If rats live 30% longer on this and if it does have the same effect on humans then everyone should be taking this if they can afford it. I really don't care if it makes me feel better or gives me more energy, it might be but I'm the type of person that doesn'...

I’ve been using pterostilbene because it’s also been shown to habe brain health benefits. Though David Sinclair takes Resveratrol so I’ve been questioning switching lately.
Why not both?

Re: Synergistic effects of melatonin and resveratrol: they both activate sirtuins

Interesting. I think i will definitely get some melatonin and just not take it near bed time, which is something i already avoid with NMN. so another prohealth substance. You should take melatonin near bedtime. It is a sleep promoting hormone that you naturally release from your pineal gland when y...

Re: NAD or NMN for mid 30's male

I agree with Dr. David. NAD+ gives you the health boost now, while NMN helps you accumulate it. And while you are at it, most of us agree that Resveratrol is a great partner for NMN.
