Yes within the last 5 years or so, the anti-aging arena has really grown. It seems like every year the science involved compounds x10. Just imagine where we will be in the next 5-10 years in regards to anti-aging. Whoa! :o Totally agree, drkris69! Fascinating to think about what will be discovered!

To follow up, I did eventually start with resvertatrol (500mg micronized trans-resveratrol from Mega Resveratrol) in addition to the pterostilbene. Hate to say it, but after 3 tries, the resveratrol consistently gives me headaches and generally makes me feel off. Back to the pterostilbene solo for ...

Yes, 600 calories does seem low especially if you are also doing heavy physical labour, but every one is different so if it's working for you, congrats that's great! Just remember to stay hydrated! :)

Great article, sugar should be avoided at all cost! The problem is its in most processed foods. One of the most detrimental substances to our lifestyle and wellbeing.. Tim Horton's muffins are crazy good I must say, just say No! and walk away.. The muffins are indeed very tasty! I find that the donut holes are very addictive - like potato chips, you can't just stop at one! Hence why they're only an occasional treat for me, otherwise I'd be eating dozens of them, ...
