Re: Pure NAD+ Nasal Spray vs NAD+ tablets

NAD sublingual is an excellent delivery for the rest of the body and probably not as good at getting to the brain. What type of results are you looking for using NAD? I think the nasal spray is quicker to y...

Re: The first NMN study in humans is published

What do you mean by "boosting NAD"? There´s no indication of that in this paper. They didn't even look at NAD-levels. maybe i misread this section... We showed that 2Py and 4Py levels significantly increased and their incremental areas above the baseline were increased in a dose-dependent manner. A...

Re: The first NMN study in humans is published

Good, so we are already given strong indication that it is being absorbed and boosting NAD, which we all pretty much knew in the first place. What do you mean by "boosting NAD"? Re: Anyone else feeling less anxiety?

Alterations in mitochondrial functions such as oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) and membrane polarity, which increase oxidative stress and apoptosis, may precede the development of depressive symptoms. Here are some very interesting scientific studies that prove the correlation between the mitoch...

Re: Nicotinamide Mononucleotide: Exploration of Diverse Therapeutic Applications of a Potential Molecule

I understand there are 4 major studies and human trials going on right now, that will be a big leap forward in substantiating things considerably.

Does anyone know the timeline for these major human trials?

Re: Inflammation, cancer and other diseases

it has long been my observation that inflammation is the enemy. if you suffer chronic inflammation in a part of your body, you are in an extremely elevated risk situation to develop cancer there. i guess i am asking some of our experts, what are the best weapons we can buy, here or otherwise to fig...
