Re: can you confirm what NMN tastes like?

I can confirm that the pure NMN tastes sour like lemon powder. And I like it just fine.

So does my elderly mom :)

Re: David Sinclair - Twitter threads about COVID19 / Coronavirus

Well with all these cases, there should be some good data of successful treatments soon. At least treatments can be fast tracked far better than vaccines.

What about antivirals like acyclovir. it is for the herpes family of viruses, but it could help also?

Re: NMN: Curious case of self resolving Lumbar injury

Well there is anti-inflammation, and then there are damaged disks, and a weak core... From what CeeJay describes he/she is describing a recovery from bad lumbar issues... something bigger than just inflammation - which would be incredible.

Well, Lycopene is a statin, so lots of spaghetti sauce should do the trick.'

I was worried that taking Lipitor long term would be a bad thing, but maybe not. I may alternate 3 months on, 3 off.

I feel safe taking the precursors though, and fasting is a great way to bo...

Re: Virus infection and aging

Yes I have an 84 year old mom i am watching closely.

She gets NMN and The NAD+ Booster. I think it can help her immune system. But if she gets infected, I will stop all the suppliments.

We are in a relatively remote part of Canada with no local cases yet. But we have to stay vigilant.

Oatmeal is not a statin as far AS I know.. It essentially mops up cholesterol in the gut and also seems to have major benefit for the gut biome...
