Re: Young blood plasma fraction reverse the epigenetic age of rats by 54%

This type of therapy is indeed radical but the results would be dramatic. K am wondering if they will soon be able to multiply a small amount of plasma in the same way they can multiple DNA using PCR (polymerase chain reaction). That way it would not depend on a heavy donor supply. PCR is extremely ...

Re: What is the current human trial status of Senolytics in general

This is why i like Curcumin. It is an antiinflammatory and a senolytic. I think taking it for anti-inflammation is absolutely crusial, and the senolytic properties helps cover more bases.

Re: Melatonin

I know Melatonin is a SIRT1 activator

So i think that does make it a senolytic. But it is definitely good for you and i think you are taking it the best way!

Re: Incorrect number of servings in LSG products

About a month ago I bought 2 LSG Fisetin 120ml bottles. After using one of them I suspected that I didn't get as many servings as I should have. So for the second bottle I wrote down the exact time of every serving I took (2 pumps per serving) and I only counted 42 servings before the bottle was em...

Re: Hair color change

Maybe the beard hair is on a different timeline than the head hair. I also have lost the sparse strands of grey i had, entirely, and if i didn't know any better, i'd say it was getting a bit thicker. There was a thread elsewhere on here about reversing hairloss. I believe it was with a combo of reti...

Re: One more reason to avoid surgar!

Well my last bastion of sugar is in my coffee. I am a long standing Tim Horton's large double-double. Lots of people have told me it only takes 2 weeks without sugar to get used to it - i just need to force myself to start. Something tells my caffeine plus pure sugar is not all that good. maybe try...

Re: What is your monthly longevity and healthspan budget

I guess when i take the fasting into account.. i am under $200 per month, which really isn't bad at all.

I think it is good to post this. I mean considering what we are doing for ourselves, this is peanuts.

Re: Fasting with moderate protein, 7 days

It was extreme and i drank tons of water and i have never sweat like that. I actually lost 10 pounds. This is 5 days after the fast ended, so it isn't water loss, i burned 10 pounds of fat in a crazy fast i will never try again. I just wanted to have the rapamycin effect going for me once for 2020. ...
