Re: Fighting COVID-19 with metformin, rapamycin and NAD precursors: new paper published

The bottom line is the virus overwhelms the immune system, in a fully loaded immune system i.e. young healthy person the natural human immune system seams to be able to kick COVID-19's butt! NMN and NAD+ as NAD boosters give your immune system more fuel to fight the fight so that's a good thing. It ...

Re: Taking extra NMN during Corona virus

I have been on NMN the past 9 months and have not been sick, on this forum many if not all people that post who boost NAD report the same. For me through the flu season with nothing although there we a couple of times I felt something coming, thought maybe, but then in the end all good! This quote f...

I have been on NMN the past 9 months and have not been sick, through the flu season with nothing (although there we a couple of times I felt something coming, thought maybe, but then all good! This quote from David Sinclar provides some great insight. "David: Oh, I absolutely do. I think you're prob...

Re: NAD+ Too Big to Enter Cell?

It will be nice when we have a way to measure NAD levels in the blood just to make sure we are at optimal levels. Is there a blood test (panel) out there now? I dont think so not as of yet. Re: Sublingual NMN tablets

Time to dissolve?? - For me its all about hydration level. A little dehydrated it takes much longer up to 30min (a few times longer even). When I am hydrated, so basically I have been on top of my water intake to my requirement, the ABN NMN SL tablet is gone, as in fully dissolved hold for a minute ...

Re: LSG™ (Liposomal Sublingual Gel) – Advanced Delivery System

The big question is what is the actual estimated multiplier of LSG vs other methods? That is how much more do you actually get into your system vs existing methods. This ties to 1) purchasing price per gram of active substance, 2) required dose. I can't find anything definitive on the web, studies t...

Re: Metformin

Based on the research I am thinking of restricting metformin to days that I don't or can't for some reason exercise. Blood test next month for baseline and potentially start with metformin.

Re: Reservatrol with Piperine increasing bioavailability?

I add fresh pepper in my smoothie to activate the turmeric, looking like this could also be a nice boost for reservatrol with benefits for the brain. Pepper (Piperine) is something I have added a lot more into my diet past 18 months! :D

Re: Acute Nerve pain

I would suggest CBD (Isolate if worried about THC or Full Spectrum if you want more potency / broader benefits with small amounts of THC) a natural anti-inflammatory, help with chronic pain and has muscle relaxing properties that ease pressure on painful nerves. Its painkilling effect is also well-k...
