Re: Looking of the best timing for taking MNM+Resveratrol on intermittent fasting

I think the way you're doing it now is fine. I take resveratrol in the morning with a couple tablespoons of yogurt. I try to spread out my NMN throughout the day, 4 times @ 250mg per dose with nothing after 7pm as it keeps me awake. The sublingual tablets are good because you can carry them in a sma...

Re: NAD+ Research Archive

Dr David, this was a great idea. You may have noticed we started another thread called simply "NAD+Research" in 2 parts, where we put a lot of articles Bryan had accumulated. The idea was to merge what you're doing here with that larger body of work. Waiting for input on Bryan to see what he thinks ...

Could A Pill Replace Exercise? Scientists Discover Protein Mimics Effects Of Working Out

"Given the option, would you avoid the gym altogether and simply pop a pill or drink a supplement that brings about the same benefits as a workout? It sounds farfetched, but the idea of lounging around all day yet still enjoying the health benefits of an intense workout may soon be possible. While t...

Re: James Clement Discusses mTOR, Autophagy, and NAD+

Thanks guys. I bought the Kindle e-book version and audiobook of James Clement's "The Switch". Whether I'm reading or listening in my car, the app will always keep your current place in the book. The combo is actually cheaper than buying the hard copy, too.
