I take at most 500mg/ day currently at the age of 30. I am relying on the fact that my body is producing NAD+ naturally still and do not want my body to become dependant on the foreign source. I would love to try these cryo chambers. that being said its -15 degrees C so I normally just hang out outside for 10 minutes in a t shirt. lol. I would imagine similar effects are obtained.

yes I find the pills dissolve faster than before as well. I also just recently started keeping them in the fridge too lol.
