The daily dose of the proprietary blend is 2.2 grams (6 capsules), not one serving of 1.1 gram (3 capsules). Of that 2.2 g, no more than 300 mg can be EGCG since Nuchido warns that is the upper daily intake from the supplement.
That's right. 49% of 306 mg of green tea extract is ~ 150 mg. Taken twice daily = 300 mg.

My proposal of a theoretical natural supplement that boosts cellular NAD+ synthesis by NAMPT activation and PARP inhibition without NR, NAR, NMN, NAM, NA or l-tryptophan. What would you add?

1. Troxerutin
2. Grape-seed proanthocyanidins
3. Leucine
4. Apigenin
5. Quercetin

Where might one find Troxerutin? is it found in any fruits or berries?
Taking:
Resveratrol 400mg since June 2019; 600mg since October 1
NMN Sublingual 250mg since june 2019 500mg since September 2019
NAD+ Nasal, appx 100mg per day since September 2019; 200mg per day beginning mid November

You'll find the flavonoid troxerutin in green tea, coffee, cereal grains, various fruits and vegetables.
