I'm sipping on my favorite afternoon pick-me-up drink. A Keurig chamomile, 1/2 tsp matcha and 1 tsp cacao with 1 tbsp. mct oil. I always add almond milk before the cacao so as to not overheat it. I also add matcha green tea to my occasional smoothie. I was recently surprised by the green tea with the roasted rice in it. Really good.
