Good to hear that things are improving. I am glad you are able to get back outside to train. I understand the motivation problem of indoor training. We have started using virtual reality to train indoors. This allows many of our patients to cycle anywhere in the world and keep their mind off of the exercise and more on the moment! Hope things continue to move forward and keep us informed
Thank you Drdavid
A typical day in my world at rising 70 years :
Awake and up by 7am.
Spin bike and weight session for 1 hour:
(10am) breakfast of papaya, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries washed down with 250 ml of wild organic pomegranate juice.
(11.30 am)(Treat) 2 sugar free donuts and a cup of earl grey tea with almond milk on the side:
(1pm)(earn the donuts) 2 hour training block of road run, sprint intervals, stair running or mountain bike:
(4pm) main meal of protein in vegetable soup or stew and more wild pomegranate plus organic beetroot juice.
(7pm) sauna and steam room session including recovery passive deep water running with stretching in heated pool:
(11pm) head down on the pillow 💤getting ready to do it all again...
Only water between 5pm and 10am:
NMN and NAD+ tablets taken before 1pm.
NAD+ powder taken after training block and also before bed..

Kudos to you and that training schedule. I do like the pastry as part of the diet. It is clear to see you have a dedicated path and that you have gained from the NMN/NAD+ products. You are an inspiration to all!

Kind words Drdavid.
Fires are slowly but surely taking a backward position to daily life over hear but smoke on the odd day is still a problem.
Unfortunately the smoke travels 100s of kilometres to settle wherever, depending on the weather conditions. We still have a long way to go with our, as it turns out, very dangerous summer.
Bring on the winter so I can train on snow
(cross country skiing).. hopefully the present weather issues will not effect our already inconsistent snow conditions.

Good afternoon.
I'm new to posting and to all this amazing information I'm reading.
I'm unsure where to start.
NMN or NAD?

Welcome Paulapea,

If it's a choice between the two, you may want to start with NMN. It's the best all-purpose NAD booster, in my opinion.

I agree and if your budget allows I would add the NAD+ Nasal Spray into your daily dosage protocol for the enhanced mental clarity that it delivers..
NMN Sublingual tablets and the NAD+ Nasal Spray are a good combination for the body to receive both individual benefits...

Agreed, NMN is a great place to start but the NAD+ nasal spray will change how you feel almost immediately

Start with the NMN and as Drdavid said, I would then combine NMN with the NAD+.
