I agree. A switch to (NAD+ Sublingual) as a stand alone supplement. From all reports it should negate the “wired up feeling”
Add some NAD+ Nasal Spray for the instantaneous effect...

Loving the new NMN & NAD+ Gels and improved absorption rate. A great addition to the ABN product range..
New weekly intermittent fasting program in place.
Mon, Tues, Thurs and Frid.
Fast from 5pm to 9am (16 hours) and eat normally and sensibly during the 8 hour window..
Wed, Sat and Sun.
Fast from 5pm to 3pm (22 hours) and eat no more than 1000 to 1500 kilojoules during the
2 hour window.
I have been doing it for one week and will continue on for another three weeks then reassess.
The body and energy levels feel unbelievable and brown fat weight loss feels to be kicking in significantly.
It may only be my observations but the body feels so much cleaner, lighter and it is as if general inflammation and what is built up after training is just being dispersed from the body at a vastly improved rate. 🤔

Very early on Sunday morning of week two incorporating the above program and I’m jumping out of my skin energy wise.
Ready to go out training on the bike but unfortunately it’s 3am and common sense says to sleep for another couple of hours..
3 kilogram weight reduction in the two weeks which is a good thing and the body feels super clean and light.
Two to Three weeks to go and then summarise the training statistics and the overall wellness rating..At this early stage I’m convinced that quantity of food is very overrated and in my opinion it should be all about the food quality consumed in the “ grazing” time windows..

Your thoughts on quality and quanity are probably right. Many professional athletes consume large quantities of high quality food and maintain very precise body fat and lean muscle mass data. If you are using high octane fuel and the motor is ready to consume that fuel then it will burn clean.

Another week or so and now down 5 kilograms
(11 pounds) in weight and power to weight ratio in training is vastly improved, as are results.
I can’t wait until I reach the target weight reduction of 10 kilograms (22 pounds) and then reassess the benefits to training and lifestyle changes. Energy levels are through the roof and
I seem keen to be out in the training arena 24/7.
Every extra unusable kilogram is like
“a brick in each pocket”...especially on hills.

Adding the “Optimizer” Supplement Series to my daily regimen seems to have enhanced the uptake and benefits of NMN and NAD+.
I take the Optimizer capsules split into two daily doses ( Morning and Night).
Energy levels once again higher and for whatever reason, sinuses are noticeably clearer. A nice extra added benefit.
AliveByNature very quickly becoming..
“a one stop shop”. Well Done ABN. 👍

Good to hear that you are having such excellent response with the product. I don't know how much more energy you can get!

That’s the million dollar question Drdavid.
Energy levels seem to be about equal to when I was about 35/40 years old or so and the body’s ability to utilise and put that energy into practice probably about 5 to 10 years behind that age bracket..
But the gap is narrowing by the day..

I don't think we know how far we can push these supplements. I am seeing results that I never dreamed of in elite athletes. Many of which have been tested because of improved performance for doping. The great news is that none of my athletes are using anything illegal!

If I end up running sub 13 secs for 100 meters next year I will definitely be on the “drug testing radar” for old athletes.
I may end up a “sponsor’s dream” for what can be achieved by the older population by way of using the right products along with incorporating a very positive mindset..
