You need to find a GP that listens and is prepared to think outside the square..👍
Only a few around here do bulk billing, they're all (trying to really not sound racist here) Indian practices and most are packed with people daily. So they pump through the bookings.

I'd love to find a GP who listens and is understanding, but haven't been able to as of yet. I might just have to travel to another town

Current Dosages:
200mg Resveratrol
750mg NMN
1000mg L-Arginine

AUKC.
What town or city are you from?
A qualified and registered Naturopath can order Testosterone Blood Tests but you will have to pay the pathology cost. About $60 or so.
Probably still cheaper than a visit to a Specialist!
A lot of doctors find themselves in a quandary when the word “Testosterone” is brought up by a patient.
They mostly go straight on the defensive and sidetrack the subject as best they can..

Ballarat. However I was lucky enough to get a referral to Endo and skip a long waiting list. So I won't be paying anything for the Testosterone blood test and meeting with a specialist

Ok. Sounds good..
Your Appointment is in Melbourne I assume.
Depending on your age it will be interesting to see where your levels are at.
The range is from 3 to 27.4 nmol/L
Less than 8 considered low and can bring treatment into play but again Doctors are very hesitant to prescribe HRT.
(Hormone Replacement Therapy)
Good luck with it....

I see. Interesting.

I must have to ask for these marker tests specifically. The ones they've done so far don't include any of them haha.

I have set an appointment with the endocrinologists on Jan 17th to begin testosterone tests.
I see you take a lower than average dose of Resveratrol.. I am taking 800mg per day... any reason you take only 200?

I haven't been able to get hold of some larger pills/capsules yet. Only local ones I can get contain around 50mg. I hate having to swallow so many. But I am still looking for a better source, in the meantime I still wanted to supplement some.

Bioglan from Chemist Warehouse 200 mg +Selenium etc. A good formula BUT has been discontinued.
Go to your local Chemist Warehouse and get them to look up stock left in all their stores close to you.
Discounted down to $15 (40 Tablets)while they last.
I travelled around the stores and bought 10 containers last week and will do the same next week if I can find more.
3 Tabs a day = 600 mg.

What you are going through is one of the downsides to national healthcare. In a free market you can just go and see another doctor.

I think this was the brand I had previously! And they stopped stocking them. I checked some in Ballarat and Melbourne and Albury as I was on my way through. No go. Maybe they were all transferred out to you

When you go into the Ballarat Chemist Warehouse ask them to look it up on their computer network that shows what Bioglan is left in stock in “all stores”
You would then have to visit that store personally to buy the product. They don’t “transfer” stock from store to store.
Otherwise Thompson’s brand Super Resveratrol (Chemist Warehouse) but unfortunately it is only 125 mg per tablet....
See how you go.
