Time to dissolve?? - For me its all about hydration level.

A little dehydrated it takes much longer up to 30min (a few times longer even). When I am hydrated, so basically I have been on top of my water intake to my requirement, the ABN NMN SL tablet is gone, as in fully dissolved hold for a minute or 2 in mouth then swallowed within 5-10min total elapsed time.
Interesting Boxcost.
I try to be always hydrated so I have never experienced the tablet taking more than 3 to 4 minutes to dissolve.
I then swoosh liquid around mouth for at least another 10 minutes before swallowing.

Same here, maybe 1 min but if I take two at once it will take longer.

I take longer absorbing powder or tablets. Not sure why. Sometimes I have to move my tongue horizontally back and forth to get it to absorb fully. I think everyone's a little different. Can't wait to try the new lipo gel.

If the tablets or powder are refrigerated as was noted on previous posts, they seem to dissolve a little faster.
I’m with you jocko.
Looking forward to trying the new lipo gel with its product combinations and with its enhanced delivery benefits..

The lipo gel may provide a great delivery system. I just wonder how it will taste and feel

Began taking sublingual NMN for 6 months gave them them to the dog too. My hair which was grey on top returned to dark brown and the gray in our 12yo dog’s muzzle reduced. I don’t know anything about the science, I leave that to others but hair don’t lie. There is nothing else I take that would have done this. Even if so, that wouldn’t explain the dog. He is immune from any placebo effects. Hope that helps.

I experienced the same darkening of hair as an older individual MisterMike.
Has your 12 year old dog shown signs of enhanced energy and increased agility?
How much NMN do you and your dog take?

Thank you everyone for your replies.
Our NMN is from Alive By Nature
We have also now settled to the tablet dissolving in about 3-4 minutes and then we keep it in the mouth for another 10 minutes swishing it like how Newage recommended :-)
Thanks....Have just increased the dosage to 500 mg from today so let's see what happens !

Personally I find that 500 to 1g NMN, is my sweet spot. I think you will really start seeing the benefits with the higher dose.
