I just checked my diary and you are spot on.
I was training for longer sessions 8 months ago because time then permitted it, whilst on my first batch of NMN before then taking a break.
My training sessions were harder and longer and I had noted that the longer the consistent sessions were, the better I seemed to feel.
It’s not supposed to happen like that at my age..
That’s a very good thing 🏃‍♂️

A great result. I’m guessing you are taking about one gram per day?
If this is the case, remember to consider taking one to two days off per week to avoid possible issues. Run it past Alive By Nature Admin and be guided by them..
You're supposed to take one or two days off from taking NMN / week?

I did not know this.

can you elaborate on this a bit?

thanks

Take 2 days off to avoid homeostasis.

My own training and supplement taking program involves 5 consecutive days with then 2 days complete rest and recovery with no supplements.
It works for me, a rising 70 year old..who is feeling, looking and acting much younger than his age.

Thanks for the info.

Can anyone else tell me their regiments? Do you take two consecutive days off or do you break them up to have one day off and then another day off later in the week?

I take weekends off. Easier to remember.

I take the weekends off from training and supplements also, and allow myself the odd treat on those two days.
I also have a break from intermittent fasting on the weekends.
Let’s the body and mind reset..

Does anyone have research on taking two days off? Is there something in the chemical cascade the requires clearance?
As far as workouts go my patients are reporting being stronger and recovering faster in both strength and endurance sports.

Without any supplements being taken at all a coach or personal trainer’s program would normally allow for 2 to 3 days consecutive training and one day off or 5 days consecutive on and 2 days off depending on the intensity, the athlete and the immediate goals.
That would be a guideline for a younger person in his prime.
