Nice breakdown.

Joe Rogan is pretty informed.

I am interested in sleep as well. I think you need at least 7 hours of sleep every night as often as possible.

some people seem not to, but if i don't get 7, i feel it all day - and that cannot be good.
Taking:
Resveratrol 400mg since June 2019; 600mg since October 1; 800mg since January 2020
NMN Sublingual 250mg since june 2019 500mg since September 2019
NAD+ Nasal, appx 100mg per day since September 2019; 200mg per day beginning mid November

Stop worrying People need different amounts of sleep Both individually and according to age. Some people literally need as little as 4 and there is an actress who needs 12. I do okay at 8 and feel great at 10. Dont forget worrying about it causes insomnia! Google the subject.

I think it is something that is a cause for worry. The brain needs regeneration as does the body, and insomnia is practically an epidemic in the west.

So, I don't think "stop worrying" is a solution.

I think it is also safe to say that most members of this forum are quite familiar with Google.
Male, 41

NMN powder, 125 mg per day; 625 per day since Oct 1, 2019

Thank you! I agree and that is why I posted the Peter Attia interview in the Longevity section on the 9th of September. You can follow the discussion on it here:

Totally agree.

Although i believe it is true some people can go on less sleep while others need more, saying to not worry about it, is non solution at all. Apparently there is a gene in a small percentage of the population that can allows them to get by on less sleep, chances are it isn't you or I..

Here is a jaw dropping podcast on the JRE with Sleep expert Matthew Walker.
