I think there might be a connection between Nitric Oxide and NAD+, if your cardiovascular system and specially arteries are getting what it needs with out the need for NO why produce it? unfortunately this will cause erection to disappear because it needs a lot of NO to happen.
I hope I'm wrong about that, but does any one have an idea of any connection?

I am not sure what you mean, when you say you need a lot of NO for the erection to happen - are you taking it separately? In large amounts?
Maybe you need to wean off it if it is something you have used to the point of being dependent on it
I do have a thing i discovered. Raw beet roots. (eating a medium sized round beet root raw). They are a natural vasodilator and i could not believe the outcomes. I wasn't taking them for erection purposes,it was just a raw veggie diet kick, but i soon figured out that they were making things pretty amazing.

Not knowing your diet or genetic make up I would say be mindful that you are getting lots of your methyl donor foods (just google or I use duckduckgo "methyl donor foods") especially if you are on NMN, in my case I have the MTHFR Gene Mutation which makes this worse.
The other side of this is circulation, beetroot powder helps with this and erections!

I wonder if 1/2 the time with assistive medication if the placebo effect is playing a role.
