New weekly intermittent fasting program in place.
Mon, Tues, Thurs and Frid.
Fast from 5pm to 9am (16 hours) and eat normally and sensibly during the 8 hour window..
Wed, Sat and Sun.
Fast from 5pm to 3pm (22 hours) and eat no more than 1000 to 1500 kilojoules during the
2 hour window.
I have been doing it for one week and will continue on for another three weeks then reassess.
The body and energy levels feel unbelievable and brown fat weight loss feels to be kicking in significantly.
It may only be my observations but the body feels so much cleaner, lighter and it is as if general inflammation and what is built up after training is just being dispersed from the body at a vastly improved rate.
Ready to go out training on the bike but unfortunately it’s 3am and common sense says to sleep for another couple of hours..
3 kilogram weight reduction in the two weeks which is a good thing and the body feels super clean and light.
Two to Three weeks to go and then summarise the training statistics and the overall wellness rating..At this early stage I’m convinced that quantity of food is very overrated and in my opinion it should be all about the food quality consumed in the “ grazing” time windows..
