NAD+ Optimizers – 3 new products for increasing NAD+levels and effectiveness

Research shows that the decreased NAD+ as we age leads to metabolic dysfunction, age-related diseases and is a key contributor to the aging process(21,22,24,40,41).

In 2015 we were so convinced that restoring NAD+ levels has more benefit for health for more people than any other therapy that we stopped selling 1200 different products, and chose to focus entirely on those that increase NAD+ levels and effectiveness.

We are gratified to see the feedback from our NAD+ supplements and precursors such as NMN is far better than anything we have ever been associated with, as you can see by the 4 1/2 star reviews on Amazon.

Now we are ready to introduce 3 new products that can be used by themselves, or in combination with NAD+ or NMN supplements.

Research proven ingredients

We have been researching and testing the ingredients used in these products for several years, but felt that increasing the bioavailability of NMN and NAD+ was by far the higher priority. (click on the products to see some of the research on individual ingredients)

Now that we have a full range of sublingual NMN and NAD+ products that avoid being destroyed in the GI tract as capsules are, we are ready to take the next step, and  are confident our customers will agree these NAD+ Optimizers  further increase the effectiveness of our NAD+ products.

NAD+ DEFENDER – Multi-pathway Anti-inflammatory

Decreasing systemic inflammation is likely the most effective thing you can do to minimize NAD+ consumption so it is available for other purposes.

AS WE AGE, INFLAMMATION BECOMES THE KEY CONSUMER OF NAD+ AND LEVELS DROP (54,67).

  • MSM – Methylsulfonylmethane
  • Micronized Curcumin
  • Boswellia Serrata
  • Berberine
  • Silibinin (from Milk Thistle)
  • Piperine

NAD+ /AMPK ACTIVATOR

Decreasing systemic inflammation is likely the most effective thing you can do to minimize NAD+ consumption so it is available for other purposes.

  • Fisetin
  • EGCG
  • Pterostilbene
  • Astragaloside IV
  • Melatonin

NAD+  ENERGIZER – H2S Stimulator

Like NMN, levels of H2S (Hydrogen Sulfide) in the bloodstream decrease with age. There has been a lot of research on the therapeutic effects of increased blood plasma H2S in atherosclerosis, cardiac remodeling, and myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (2).

More exciting is the synergy from increased NAD+ and H2S levels together.

This  research, published March 22 in Cell, scientists at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)  NMN  and H2S to 20-month-old mice, an age comparable to 70 years in people. After two months, the mice had increased muscular blood flow, enhanced physical performance and endurance and the old mice became as fit and strong as young mice.

precursors to NAD+ and H2S may not only be effective agents for increasing the recovery from vessel blockages and enhancing the effects of exercise, but also for treating the most common of age-related diseases, if not aging itself.

Direct supplementation with H2S is not safe for humans, but researchers are finding natural products that can increase blood plasma levels of H2S safely and effectively.  We have been testing those for the last 3 years and have combined those we found work best.

  • Taurine
  • NAC – N-Acetyl Cysteine
  • Allicin (From Garlic extract)
  • Astaxanthin
  • methyl folate

NAD+ OPTIMIZER PRODUCTS
These products do not contain NMN or NAD+. They are designed to maximize NAD+ levels by stimulating internal AMPK production (NAD+/AMPD ACTIVATOR), minimize excessive NAD+ consumption from chronic inflammation (NAD+ DEFENDER), or increase H2S and Nitric Oxide levels in the bloodstream (NAD+ ENERGIZER)

AliveByNature. Your release of information about the new products is welcome and exciting news. I only have one concern and that is with NAD+Energiser which contains NAC (N-acetyl-cysteine). For some time I have wanted to use NAC to generate increased levels of endogenous H2S for the reasons you describe. Unfortunately, NAC is a blood thinner and I already take blood thinners prescribed by my doctor. I know that over-dosing, even mildly, on blood thinners causes difficulty with stopping ordinary blood loss – nose bleeds, scratches, etc. I asked my GP if I could substitute NAC for a regular blood thinning drug but all I got was a blank stare. Most GPs don’t have a clue what you are talking about and – what is worse – don’t want to know. My supplement regime has been NMN @ 375 mg/day for 9 months and NAD+ at 125mg/day for about 6 weeks along with one glass of pomegranate juice per day for about 3 years and pomegranate seed oil for about a month (these are for the fisetin, punicic acid and urolithin A). Can you tell me, please, the amount of NAC that I would be consuming if I took one tablet per day of NAD+Energiser and whether you know if that amount would have much effect as a blood thinner in a 6 foot, 90 kg male. Thank you.
