Resveratrol and Curcumin are two of the best known natural supplements for healthy aging. A quick search on PubMed yeilds over 8,000 studies with Resveratrol and nearly 10,000 for Curcumin. These studies cover a wide range of benefits. 

Synergy from combining Resveratrol and Curcumin

Poor Bioavailability of both Resveratrol and Curcumin

Conclusion:

Curcumin and Resveratrol are natural compounds whose strong antioxidant activities are highly beneficial in the human diet.Unfortunately, their physicochemical properties result in poor stability in their chemical and antioxidant activities, which limits their utilization in food and pharmaceutical applications.Liposomal nanoencapsulation was developed as a strategy to overcome these limitations and improve the bioavailability of these compounds.
